GIFT CARD & STORE CREDIT POLICY All gift card and store credit purchases are final and nonrefundable. Gift cards and credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. They may be applied toward any eligible service offered by Permanent Makeup by Carol. If the selected service costs more than the available balance, the client is responsible for paying the difference. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancelations at any time of the scheduled appointment.
